
CREXDATA participated in the 112RESCUE industry fair, which was held from June 14-16, 2023, in Dortmund. Partners from the City of Dortmund Fire Department (FDDO),the Universität Paderborn (UPB) and Deutsches Rettungsrobotik Zentrum (DRZ) presented latest information on cutting-edge research and future-oriented technologies related to flood protection, fire protection, digitalization, robotics, and other trends in rescue services.
The event served as an innovation platform for leading research institutes, companies, and start-ups to showcase their projects and ideas to a broad audience. Through a central placement in the exhibition halls, participants had the opportunity to attract special attention and increase their visibility.
Scientific Workshop “Days of Security”
The “Tage der Sicherheitsforschung” (Days of Security Research) was co-located within the fair and organized by the VdF NRW research committee and the Security Research Competence Network “Kompetenznetz Sicherheitsforschung” initiative. Two talks were presented by CREXDATA partners on June 15th, as part of the “Zukunftstechnologien Teil 2” (Future Technologies Part 2) session.

The workshop targeted security researchers, safety and emergency-response professionals, and members of the scientific and practitioner communities involved in security, fire protection, and crisis management.

We were delighted to see you at 112RESCUE and were thrilled to have you join us for three days of cutting-edge research, future-oriented technologies, and exciting talks and presentations. The event was held in Halle 6, Bereich 6.A30, and was free of charge, allowing access to the fair as well. This was a unique opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in rescue services and security research.
